Very good experience with Best Value in Al Barsha South. Quick and easy booking via WhatsApp or phone. The vehicle was delivered and picked up directly from my hotel, which was very convenient and professional. A deposit is available in cash or by card (credit or debit accepted), which offers real flexibility. The rates are attractive, especially for a multi-day rental; the toll (Salik) and parking fees were deducted from the remaining fuel I had left in the vehicle.
The only downside: there's a 2.5% fee when paying by credit card, so be prepared if you're not paying in cash.

Really smooth and great experience dealing with them. Rented a car from them for 7 months straight. Good rates too.
